The All Star Game was held in 2018 at "Dimitrios Tofalos" in Patras. After a three-year absence from the calendar, the celebration of Greek basketball returned to the city of Achaia. Spanoulis and Calathes were the biggest stars from the Greek Stars Team while Milutinov, Gist, Rivers and Moore from the World Stars.

The World Stars won 144-137, with Mackenzie Moore leading with 25 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 steal. Surprisingly, Thanasis Antetokoumpo emerged as MVP, despite being on the losing side, with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 1 steal.

The winner of the Dunk Contest was Stefan Moudi from Rethymno, although he was the shortest athlete of the game. The winner of the Three-point Contest was the young Antonis Koniaris of PAOK.

Athlos was the company that took over the athletes' jerseys. The Greeks wore blue and the World Stars wore white shirts without the names of the players on the back. Nick Calathes wore the specific jersey at the All Star Game of Patras and for the first time wore the number 5, leaving the 33 that he wore at that time at Panathinaikos.
