Η "Vecchia Signora" confirmed her absolute dominance in Italian football in 2018-2019. Having already won 7 consecutive Italian championships, Juventus was heading towards the 8^th. That season, however, started with the Super Coppa where Juventus won it by defeating last season's Cup finalist, Milan, 1-0.

In Serie A, Juventus reached the 27^th game without any defeat and with only 3 draws.
