Olympiacos wore this jersey for two seasons, achieving great achievements. With leader and captain Vassilis Spanoulis, Olympiacos won the Greek championship in the 2015-2016 season while reaching the Euroleague final in May 2017.

In the finals of the Greek Basket League, Olympiacos faced Panathinaikos with a home advantage. Although the "greens" won the first game in SEF, Olympiacos won the second match in OAKA with a three-pointer on the buzzer by Vassilis Spanoulis and made it 1-1 in a row. At SEF, the "red and whites" defended their headquarters, making it 2-1 in the finals. In the fourth game, Olympiacos sent the game into extra time and took the victory and the championship with a wiining three-point shoot by Spanoulis at the end of the last match of Dimitris Diamantidis' career.

The following season, Olympiacos made an excellent run in the Euroleague. In the semifinals of the Final 4 of the Euroleague, which took place at the Sinan Erden Dome in Istanbul, Olympiacos made the surprise and eliminated CSKA Moscow with 82-78. In the final, the "home team" Fenerbahce was much better and took the victory and the trophy with 80-64.

This jersey is the official shirt of Olympiacos BC as it was worn in the Euroleague games. On the left side there is the Euroleague logo while on the back there is the inscription "PIRAEUS" and the Greek flag at the height of the neck, as is usual in European games.
