On April 15, 2019, during the restoration of the Notre Dame de Paris, a fire broke out which led to the collapse of the roof and the central spit of the church. This event caused global grief for the destruction of much of this historic monument.

A few days later, on April 21, Paris Saint-Germain hosted Monaco for the 33^th fixture of the French championship. Paris appeared on the field wearing a special jersey which instead of the sponsor had the image of the temple while on the back instead of the name of the players was written "Notre-Dame". Monaco also had a similar Notre-Dame logo printed on its jersey. Paris prevailed in this game 3-1 with three goals by Mbappé and with Golovin reducing for the Monegasques. With this victory, Paris secured the championship.

Apart from the print of Notre Dame de Paris there was a corresponding patch on the left sleeve. On the other sleeve there was, as usual, the Ligue 1 patch with the characteristic that the "Champion 2018" is written for the sake of winning the championship of previous season. This jersey is of the same quality as the one worn by the team that season. This version was sold by the Paris Saint-Germain store with the proceeds given to me for the repair of the monument.
