Japan participated for the sixth consecutive time in the World Cup in the summer of 2018. The^th Group H was very balanced as in addition to Japan participated Colombia, Poland and Senegal.

Belgium, however, initially reduced with Vertonghen and then equalized with a goal by Fellaini. In the last phase of the match, in 94’ , Belgium with an impressive counterattack made it 2-3 with Chadli and with an incredible comeback got the qualification for the quarterfinals.

This is a jersey same as the one worn by Japan at the World Cup in Russia in 2018. The Japanese wore the blue shirts in all four games they played with the detail that on the chest there were match details from each game. Characteristic of the team is that in addition to the emblem there is also the flag of the country on the chest. Kagawa played in the World Cup as a Borussia Dortmund player, and played in 3 of the 4 games scoring one goal.
