The Final 4 returned to the Hellenic Cup in 2022. Panathinaikos, Olympiacos, AEK and Prometheas were the four teams in Heraklion, Crete to claim the Cup for 2022.

Panathinaikos faced Prometheus Patras in the semi-final. The Greens led by Nedovic, who scored 17 points, won 85-68 and advanced to the final. In the final, Panathinaikos made it difficult for Olympiakos until the third quarter. From then on, the red and white team improved their performance. With 81-73, Olympiacos took the victory and won the trophy, which was the 10^th in its history.

Stefan Jovic wore this shirt in the Cup semi-final. Panathinaikos wore the green against Prometheus and the white against Olympiakos in the final. The Greek Federation brought back the patches and so in the Final 4 matches the teams had a relevant patch on their jersey which made them particularly rare as they were only worn that weekend. Jovic played in both Final 4 games without scoring while his move from Panathinaikos was short and ended before the end of the season.
