Η 1^th November 1st is considered as the foundation day of Juventus. The Torino team was founded in 1897 and so in 2017 it completed 120 years of life. This resulted in the team's 120^th anniversary unveiling a shirt to commemorate the event.

Juventus in collaboration with adidas presented a jersey honoring the team's past. In the game against Benevento, on November 5, 2017, Juventus wore this anniversary shirt for the one and only time. The "Big Lady" won 2-1, with goals from Higuain and Cuadrado even though Ciciretti had given the visitors the lead.

The shirt had a design that referred to old team jerseys. The adidas logo as well as the sponsor's were discreet in order not to stand out while the team emblem was missing and there were only the three stars that symbolize the three dozen championships. On the back there is only the number of the players and not their name. The jersey was produced in 1897 unique copies and the number of each copy is written on the bottom. Paulo Dybala played in that game and was replaced by Bedancourt in the 87th minute.
